Delete your account
You can delete your Carango account and all of the data associated with it at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Delete from within the app (recommended)
- Open Carango and make sure you are signed in.
- Open the menu in the top-right corner and tap Settings.
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm.
Once confirmed, your account and data are permanently deleted from our servers.
Request deletion by email
If you can't access the app, email us at support@carango.app from the address associated with your account and ask us to delete it. We may need to verify your identity before proceeding.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account removes your profile and all of your content, including:
- All vehicles and their refuelings, expenses, income, services, reminders, and routes.
- All attachments you uploaded — receipts, invoices, warranties, and photos.
- Your fleet membership and any driver or manager profiles you created.
Some records may be retained for a limited period where required by law (for example, billing records held by Google Play). Active subscriptions are managed through Google Play — cancel your subscription there to stop future charges.
